  BVN Registration Requirements

For Disposal: 

Customers would be required to present the following

1.BVN Enrolment form which can be downloaded from www.firstbanknigeria.com/biometric Or in any of our locations.

2Valid ID:

>Nigerian International Passport

>Nigerian National ID Card

>Nigerian Driver’s License.

For OIS Centers.

1.BVN Enrolment form which can be downloaded from here Or at our center.

2.Valid ID:

a) Nigerian International Passport

b) Nigerian National ID Card

c) Nigerian Driver’s License

One recent passport photograph.
